How to Delete a Workout Using Your iPhone
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Fitness App
- On your iPhone, open the Fitness app (the one with the activity rings icon).
Step 2: Go to the Summary Tab
- Tap Summary at the bottom if you’re not already there.
Step 3: Find the Workout
- Scroll down and tap Show More next to Workouts.
